We will appoint a contracts manager who will attend regular meeting with you and your representatives to ensure on-site operations are in accordance with program and specification.
We will appoint a lead engineer who will manage on-site operations, supervise our workforce and ensure communications between site and office is effective and timely
Appointed lead engineer will:
- Be responsible for and oversee all on-site operations.
- Ensure all H&S policies and practices are operated and maintained to the highest standards.
- Set operatives to-work effectively, ensuring excellent technical and engineering standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Communicate regularly with the client and their representatives ensuring an effective and productive relationship is maintained and updates to the project are actioned efficiently.
Appointed contracts Manager will:
- Develop and implement a management plan for the project
- Be responsible for the overall project
- Manage the risks, issues and changes on the project
- Lead and motivate the project delivery team
- Maintain communications with stakeholders and the project organisation
- Ensure all post completion information is collated and presented upon practical completion
The project support team will:
- Be helpful and polite; treat you fairly and with respect at all times
- Deal with your request the first time you contact us or as soon as we can
- Tell you what we will do next and by when
- Keep you updated of progress
